Acer Laptop kann keine Fotos mehr machen!! Hilfe!!

Hallo Leute,

ich habe gestern zum Geburtstag einen Laptop bekommen!

Der ist von acer und hat einen touch Bildschirm!

So mein Problem:

Ich hab sehr viele Fotos gemacht und jetzt kann ich keine Fotos mehr mit dem Laptop machen... Internet hat der Laptop noch nicht aber das hat ja auch nichts mit der Cam zutun oder? Auf jeden Fall steht da wenn man ein Foto machen will: Bei der Aufnahme dieses Fotos hat etwas nicht geklappt!

Übrigens,ich habe Windows 8
