apple-touch-icon.png producing many 404 errors (apple-touch-icon-precomposed, 120x120 etc)

Problem:

Solution:

Create a PNG-file in webroot: /apple-touch-icon.png (128x128)

Update .htaccess:

RedirectMatch 301 (?i)/apple(-touch-icon-.*)?.png /apple-touch-icon.png
