Auf dem Server jedes durch PHP gesendetes E-Mail speichern (AntiSpam)

Guten Abend liebe Administratoren! Jemand versendet Spam von unserem Ubuntu Virtual Server. Um es zu verhindern brauchen wir dringende Hilfe.

Auf unserem Server sind mehrere kleine Blogs, Foren, eine Dating-Site mit einem Online-Shop gehostet. Es sind mehrere CMS und Foren installiert. Es gibt Wordpress, Joomla, Typo3 als Testsoftware, XT-Commerce und SMF. Einige haben ganz viele Module aktiviert. zB Module die direkt Email versendet wie "Empfehlen sie uns" oder "private Message schicken" oder "Newsletter anmelden". Das Problem ist ein paar IP-Adressen aus China registrieren sich als User und durch diesen Funktionen/Add-ons versendet E-Mail an irgendwelchen Adressen. Es hilft nicht ein oder andere User oder IP zu blockieren. Deswegen suchen wir einen effektiven Weg.

Erste Schritt für eine Lösung wäre erstmals Anzahl von Spam Email herauszufinden. Deswegen brauchen wir ein Mittel/Tipp oder Program welche jedes versendetes Email in einer Datei oder PortgreSql-Tabelle speichert. Für eine einsetzbare Lösung werden wir sehr dankbar sein.

An der Lösung wäre ich auch sehr interessiert. Hat niemand eine Idee? Wie kann man solche Spams identifizieren und blockieren?
