DJI Mini 2 - Höhe aktualisiert sich nicht, bleibt bei 0m, woran liegt das?

Ich habe eine Drohne gekauft: DJI Mini 2 (mit Combo 3x).

Leider muss ich feststellen, dass die Höhe sich manchmal nicht aktualisiert. App und Firmware sind schon aktualisiert.  

Woran liegt es? Wie kann an den Fehler beheben? So wird früher oder später zu einem Crash kommen und ist gefährlich.
