Drupal: 500 internal server error

Hallo. Ich habe Drupal 6 auf Drupal 7 upgraded. Ich bekomme bei IE die Fehlermeldung: „500 internal server error“. Bei Firefox kommt nur eine leere weiße Seite. Ich habe einiges ausprobiert wie z.B.
- Memory Wert in .htaccess und setttings.php erhöht
- Cache geleert
- Drupal erneut installiert
- Update.php ausgeführt(Update.php ist erreichbar andere Seite nicht)

Woran kann es liegen?

Man sollte FollowSymLinks auskommentieren.

 

Früher:

Options +FollowSymLinks

Später:
