Explorer.exe - Fehler in Anwendung Die Anwendung konnte nicht richtig initialisiert werden (0xc0000022)

Diese Fehlermeldung bekomme ich. Windows wird gestartet aber da Explorer nicht gestartet werden kann, sehe ich nichts. Ich habe keine Änderungen am System vorgenommen. Mein Betriebssystem ist Windows 7. Wie kann ich den Fehler beheben.

Hast du probiert über abgesicherte Modus dich anzumelden? Klappt es mindestens?

Mit abgesichertem Modus klappt es. Auch als Administrator kann ich mich anmelden und soweit sieht alles OK aus. Wenn ich mich aber mit meiner Benutzername anmelde, läuft explorer nicht. Ich habe Benutzerkonto gelöscht, neu angelegt, alles hat nichts gebracht.

Wahrscheinlich ist es ein Virus. Ich würde empfehlen, mit einem Live-CD deinen PC zu scannen. Oder am besten alles neu installieren

Versuch es erst mit Systemwiederherstellung. Wenn das nicht klappt, würde ich auch Neuinstallation bevorzugen.

Leider hat mit Wiederherstellung auch nicht geklappt. Ich werde gucken, ob ich mit Neuinstallation hinkrige. Danke für die Tipps.
