Facebook-Referrers genau mit Unterseite/Post finden

Hi
ich habe ein Blog und bekomme Besucher von Facebook. Referrer-Tracking funktioniert nur teilweise. Ich sehe Referrer-Urls von facebook wie
l.facebook.com
m.facebook.com
www.facebook.com

Aber ich kann nicht genau finden welche Facebook Group, Page oder Post mir diese Referrer geschickt hat. Ich will lieber einzelne Urls von Facebook sehen. zB: https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?id=549730071752736&story_fbid=574630929262650

Irgendein Vorschlag?
