Es gibt Programme, die kostenlos zu herunterladen und deinen PC optimieren. Es gibt Webseiten, wo du dich über PC-Probleme und Lösungen kostenlos erkundigen kannst. Es gibt auch Wikipedia.

Ich glaube aber nicht, dass irgendjemand sich die Mühe macht und 24h am Telefon drauf wartet PC-Probleme zu lösen und das kostenlos. Es gibt kostenpflichtige Hotlines. Ob die nützlich sind, lässt sich darüber streiten!
