Google Adwords an verschidene Unterseiten weiterleiten

Ich möchte eine Werbekampagne mit 10 Keywords starten. Aber wenn Jemand nach einem von Keywords gesucht auf dem Werbeanzeige klickt sollte an relevantesten Unterseite landen. Das heisst:

Meine Keywords sind: PHP, Mysql, CMS, Hosting, Design, Marketing ...

Wenn ein User nach "Hosting" sucht, sollte landen auf www.example.com/themen/hosting

Wenn er nach "Design" sucht, sollte landen auf www.example.com/themen/design

Wie kann ich es so automatisieren?
