HP Pavilion Dm4-2100sg Entertainment Fingerprint Sensor funktioniert nicht.

Nach dem ich mein Notebook formatiert habe und auch alle Treiber von HP installiert habe funktioniert der Fingerabdruck Sensor trotzdem nicht. Früher musste ich kein Passwort mehr eingeben, wenn ich mich einloggen sollte. Nur meinem Finger über dem Sensor halten und schon lief es. Hat eine/r vielleicht das gleiche Problem oder Tipps für mich?

Hast du die Treiber für den Validity-Fingerabdrucksensor (
sp54170.exe ) installiert? Zusätzlich zu den Treibern brauchst du auch die Software "HP SimplePass 2012". Hast du die auch bereits installiert?
