Ist Formatierung / Manipulation der Adsense-Werbung erlaubt?

Ich habe noch im Kopf, dass Google die Manipulation an der Adsense-Code nicht erlaubt. Allerdings sehe ich auf bestimmten Seiten Adsense-Werbung, die zu keinem Format passt, was Google standartmäßig anbietet. Wie macht man sowas? Ist das überhaupt erlaubt?

Ich glaube, es ist nicht erlaubt aber solche Werbungen hatte ich auch gesehen...Reichen dir die Standardformate von Adsense nicht?
