Ist die Nutzung von nicht geschützten W-LANs strafbar?

Was passiert, wenn ich WLANs von meinen Nachbarn, die nicht per Password geschützt ist, nutze. Ist es strafbar?

Was passiert wenn Handy deines Nachbars auf dem Tisch in seinem garten ist und du ihn einfach nimmst? Das ist das gleiche.

Es ist nicht nur strafbar, sondern auch nicht besonders intelligent. Dein Nachbar oder andere im ungeschützten WLAN könnten alle deine Passwörter abfangen und deine Konten hacken. Da würde ich mir 2x überlegen, ob ich wirklich eine offensichtlich ungeschütze Hotspot benutze.
