LogonUI.exe fehlt was tun?

Hallo liebe Leute,

Ich habe vor kurzen mein Betriebssystem auf Windows 10 umgestellt und danach noch einige Programm gelöscht, unteranderen auch Neon Skin Pack. Zur Absicherung habe ich im Internet geschaut, ob die Programme wichtig sein. Nach dem ich auf Löschen ging wurde ich gefragt was alles gelöscht werden soll, habe ich 3 Hakenkreuz gesetzt, 1. Files, 2. Backup, 3. ...?. Nach dem ich den PC erneut hochfahren wollte stellte ich fest, dass wohl das Programm LogonUL.exe nicht mehr da sei und ich mich nicht mehr einloggen kann. Jetzt meine frage: was soll ich tun ? Kann ich das Programm im bios wiederherstellen, den lösschvorgang rückgängig machen oder auf einen cd/usb laden und dann wieder auf den PC bringen?
