Lotus Notes Ansicht nach Excel exportieren??

Wie kann ich eine Ansicht in Lotus Notes nach Excel exportieren? Genauer gesagt, möchte ich nicht die gesamte Ansicht sondern eine Auswahl an Daten in der Ansicht nach Excel exportieren. Geht das ohne zusätzliche Programme mit Bord-Mitteln?

Ja das geht und sogar ziemlich einfach:

- Markiere alle Dokumente in der Ansicht, die du in der Excel-Tabelle haben möchtest
- Gehe zur Menü "Bearbeiten >> Kopieren >> Kopieren als Tabelle"
- Starte Excel
- Einfügen oder Strg+V
fertig!

Bei manchen Datenbanken, wenn ich in der Ansicht die Dokumente als Tabelle kopiere und dann in Excel einfüge, sind die Zeilen doppelt. Warum ist das so und wie kann ich das vermeiden?
