Lotus Notes E-mail als Datei speichern

Ich hatte es schon Mal gemacht aber weiß nicht mehr wie. Wie kann ich die E-Mails als Datei in einem Ordner ablegen und später wieder mit Lotus Notes öffnen?

Wenn du die Mail, was du speichern willst, auf hast, geht unter Hauptmenü
Datei -> Speichern unter

und speichere die Mail als EML-datei.
