Mysql: alle Zeilen anzeigen lassen (Trotz Gruppierung)

Eine Firmentabelle habe ich für alle Kunden. Es sind über 80.000 Einträge. Viele Kunden sind zwei oder mehr fach eingetragen. Ich möchte diese doppelteingetragene Kunden mit allen Einträge sehen und bearbeiten. Mit so ein Query kann ich Zeilen sehen aber die Query dauert lange.

SELECT k.* FROM `kunden` k where firma in ( select firma from kunden k2 group by firma having count(*) > 1 order by count(*) desc )

Gibt es eine optimale Alternative?
