Mysql: Erste Buchstabe von mehreren Wörtern/Tags automatisch vergrössern

Es gibt ca. 4500 Wörter/Tags in einem DB. Viele davon wurden klein geschrieben. Ich möchte alle diese Wörter und Wörgruppen so schreiben dass erste Buchstabe von jedes Wort groß wird. Wie mache ich das?

Als Bespiel:

Alt: oracle database
Neu: Oracle Database

Alt: google news service
News: Google News Service

Ucwords ähnliche Funktion wie bei PHP gibt es nicht. Aber man kann mehrere Funktionen benutzen um diese Aufgabe zu lösen.
UPDATE deineSqlTabelle SET deinTagFelf = UPPER(LEFT(deinTagFelf, 1)) + SUBSTRING(deinTagFelf, 2, LEN(deinTagFelf))
Andere Alternativen sind eine Mischung von CONCAT,UPPER, UCASE, MID.
