nav-links lässt sich nicht ausschalten

Ich bin 12 Jahre alt und habe nur wenig Ahnung von Computern. Ich habe meinen Laptop meinem Onkel gegeben, weil er ihn unbedingt brauchte. Er hat dann ein Programm das sich "Starlight" nennt installiert bis ihm aufgefallen ist, das es doch nicht funktioniert. Ich habe das Programm dann gleich wieder deinstalliert. Aber seitdem erscheinen auf meinem Laptop immer wieder Werbungen und verlinkungen. Unteranderem von nav-links. Ich habe schon mit dem "out-put" Button versucht, die verlinkungen auszuschalten, aber es hat nicht funktioniert. Was soll ich jetzt machen??
