Pc Internet geht nicht mehr bzw 16kb/s, selbst nach kompletter Neuinstallation von Windows 10

Hallo zusammen. Erstmal sry falls es hier ein paar Tippfehler gibt, aber ich schreibe das mitm Handy. Und zwar habe ich folgendes Problem. Mein PC hat Dienstag morgens noch perfekt funktioniert. Hatte einen Download von 1,5 mb/s (16k Leitung). Dann seit Dienstag Abend, als ich ihn nochmal benutzen wollte, geht das Internet nicht mehr. Hab jetzt ne komplette Neuinstallation vorgenommen. Jetzt lässt sich das WLAN wenigstens wieder verbinden, jedoch ist es extremest langsam. 

Jetzt ist meine Frage. Kann man irgendwo nachsehen wieso das so ist? Oder kennt jmd direkt eine Möglichkeit das zu beheben. Getestet mit AVM WLAN Stick N V2.0, Asus PCI wlan karte und einer TP Link WLAN Karte. Alle drei das selbe.
