Shellbefehl um ein ZIP Archiv unter Linux mit Passwortschutz zu erstellen?

Hey leute, ich versuche auf der Konsole ein ZIP Archiv zu erstellen und dieses auch mit einem Passwort zu schützen. Was muss ich machen? Ich benutze Linux (Ubuntu 12.04)

Das ist ganz einfach. Einfach einen Terminal öffnen.
zip AUSGABE.zip EINGABE-ORDNER/* -e
Du wirst aufgefordert einen Passwort anzugeben und sie wiederholen.
