Spiele laggen trotz hoher FPS und gutem Ping ?

Hallo. Ich bin ein leidenschaftlicher PC-Spieler.
Jedoch ist bei mir das Problem das seit geraumer Zeit jedes Spiel bei mir am ruckeln ist.
Es liegt nicht an den FPS und nicht an der Leitung. Alle Treiber sind auf dem neusten Stand. Mein PC ist leistungsstark genug um die Spiele zu packen. (sie liefen auch schon mal flüssig)
Mein Betriebssystem ist frisch aufgesetzt.. bitte ich brauche Hilfe...
