RAS-Verbindungsverwaltung kann nicht gestartet werden (Fehler 711 / 651)

Hallo, ich bin bei O2 DSL(ehm. Alice Hansanet). Manchmal kriege ich keine Internetverbindung wenn ich mein Laptop neu starte. Mein Laptop ist neu von Acer und hat Win 7 drauf. Fehlermeldungen habe ich als Screenshot eingefügt.

Es dauert fast 1 Minute is ich die Fehlermeldung bekomme. Es wird gezeigt nur: "Verbindung wird hergestellt über WAN MINIPORT (PPPoE)..."

Statt eine Netzwerkverbindung bekomme ich diese Fehler: "Fehler 711: RAS-Verbindungsverwaltung kann nicht gestartet werden".
