UMTS kein Spielen möglich!

Hallo,

Ich hab da ein Problem! Undzwar hab ich 2 Sim Karten eine von COngstar (3GB) und eine von Mobilcom debitel (5GB).
Als ich die sim karte von congstar benuzt habe konnte ich ohne probleme online spielen, jetzt wo ich die von Mobilcom debitel benutzte geht garnix mehr. Es scheint so als würden alle programme ausser der browser kein Internet bekommen. In der connection software wird ja auch die momentan genutzte geschwindigkeit angezeigt. Wenn ich den Browser starte und irrgendeine webseite aufrufe geht die geschwindigkeit leicht hoch bis 3 mbit/s, starte ich aber irrgend ein anderes Programm (z.B. DayZ Commander, Fourdeltaone) geht die benutzte geschindigkeit garnicht hoch. versuche ich FOurdeltaone zu starten bekomme ich sogar noch eine Fehlermeldung (ich weiß nich obs was bringt aber ich häng sie ma an)

hoffentlich könnt ihr mir helfen und danke schonma im vorraus.
