Unterschied zwischen richtige Linux und VMWare Linux unter Windows

Macht es Unterschied ob man einen Linux direkt auf in PC installiert hat oder ob man über VMWare unter Windows installiert hat?

Wenn man Linux direkt auf dem Rechner installiert, kommuniziert Linux Kernel direkt mit der Hardware. Falls man Linux als eine VM ( Virtuelle Maschine) installiert, kommuniziert Linux Kernel mit VMWare und VMWare mit dem Host-Betriebssystem und das Host-Betriebssystem mit der Hardware.

Der Vorteil von Linux als VM:
- Schnelle Installation / Deinstallation ( einfach löschen)
- die VM kann geclont und auf andere Rechner übertragen werden.
- Hardwareunabhängigkeit
- Die Resourcehen einem Host-System können unter Benutzern gut verteilt werden.

Nachteile
- Geschwindkeitsverlust bei der Ausführung von Programmen.
- Arbeitet das Host-System nicht richtig beeinflusst das die VMs
- Existiert eine Sicherheitslücke für die Virtualisierungssoftware, kann das Host-System und andere Virtuelle Maschinen von Hackern oder Viren angegriffen werden.
