User is not Authorized Forbidden: Cannot perform action because app is suspended.(Twitter)

Mein Twitter App ist gesperrt worden. Ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund... Ich bekomme so eine Meldung, wenn ich versuche App-Details zu aktualisieren.

Forbidden: Cannot perform action because app is suspended.

 

Twitter-Help-Forms bieten keine Option für "Suspended-Apps". Die Option für locked-account ist ebenfalls disabled für mich:

You are currently logged in to an account that is neither suspended nor locked. Please log out and log in to your suspended or locked account in order to submit this request. https://help.twitter.com/forms/general

Kennt jemand eine Lösung?
