W-LAN ist sehr langsam

Ich habe folgendes Problem Leute.

Seit kurzem ist meine Internetgeschwindigkeit an meinen Mobilengeräten sehr stark beschränkt. Gerade am Laptop ist es unerträglich.
Ich habe eine 50Mbit Leitung und da sind einige Geräte angeschlossen. Ich verstehe das Konzept noch nicht ganz und hoffe, dass einer von euch mir das erklären kann.

Wenn ich Online Speedtests durchführe, komme ich auf eine Download Geschwindigkeit von ca 10Mbit obwohl ich direkt neben dem Router stehe.

Also kurz zusammengefasst, sehr gute Verbindung (Balken sind voll), 50Mbit Leitung und dennoch sehr langsames Internet.

Wäre super, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte.

Hier sind einige mögliche Ursachen, die mir spontan einfallen:

1. Router für 10 Minuten aus dem Strom nehmen und dann wieder einschalten

2. Teste die Verbindung mit einem anderen Gerät, wenn da die Geschwindigkeit stimmt, liegt es an deinem Notebook/PC

3. Wenn es an deinem PC liegt, dann unter Gerätemanager treiber überprüfen, browser wechseln, antivirussoftware kurz abschalten und testen

4. Wenn das alles nicht hilft, hilft dir nur dein Internet-Provider
