Warum ist Windows 7 OEM Version so günstig?

Leute, kann jemand mit bitte erklären, warum gleiche Windows7-Version mit unterschiedlichen Preisen verkauft wird? Bei PCfritz habe ich sogar für ca. 30,00€ Windows-7 Vollversion gefunden. Es gibt auch Shops, bei den kostet es über 100€. Was muss ich bei OEM-Version beachten? Wenn das auch Vollversion ist, warum kaufen anderen die teuere Version?

OEM Version ist für Computerhersteller gedacht aber in Deutschland darfst du auch als Verbraucher kaufen. Ja das ist Vollversion. Nur Support von Microsoft gibt's nicht.
