Warum kommen Mail-Adressen automatisch in mein Adressbuch?

Seitdem wir eine neue Version 8.5 haben, kommen neue E-Mailadressen, an die ich was geschrieben habe, automatisch in mein Adressbuch? Ich möchte nur selber Adressen in meinem Adressbuch speichern und nicht automatisch. Wie geht das?

wahrscheinlich ist die Option "letzte Kontakte" aktiviert. wenn du das deaktivieren möchtest, findest du es unter

Datei > Vorgaben > Kontakte > letzte Kontakte

Wenn du noch die letzten Kontakte löschen möchtest, öffne dein lokales adreßbuch, gehe in die Ansicht letzte Kontakte , markiere alles und entf-taste drucken.
