Wie funktioniert Hetzner-Backup?

Hi, ich habe ein Server bei Hetzner. Dafür gibt es 100GB kostenlose Backup Space. Unter Serververwaltung-Backup stehen Login-Daten. Sie sehen wie folgt aus:

Backup server: u123456789.your-backup.de

User name: u123456789

Password: meinKennwort

Wenn ich mich per FTP anmelden möchte bekomme ich weder eine Verbindung noch eine Fehlermeldung. Ich habe es mit FileZilla und Windows-FTP probiert. Ich habe mein IP erneuert und noch mal probiert. Was mache ich falsch?
