Ich verstehe deine Frage nicht. Was meinst du mit It-Dienstleistungen und was genau willst du standadisieren und wofür?

Damit meine ich, dass man bestimmte Aufgaben immer auf gleicher Art und Weise erledigt. z.B. PC-Installation in einem bestimmten Betrieb läuft immer(eigentlich) gleich. Wie würde ein Dokument aussehen, wenn ich diese PC-Installation standardisiere? Wie ist ein ISO oder ähnliches Dokument aufgebaut?
