Wie sicher ist Cloud?

Guten Abend,

ich überlege seit langem für mich eine gute Cloud Lösung einzurichten bzw. zu mieten. Ich habe sehr viel negatives über Dropbox gehört, dass der sehr unsicher sein soll. Eventuell werde ich einen ownCloud Server mieten oder was ähnliches. Aber ich bin mir noch nicht sicher. In der Cloud werde ich meinem Lebenslauf, Bilder, Rechnungen, Ebooks, Music und weitere Daten speichern. ich habe viele Geräte (Handy, Tablet, Notebook, Computer) und Cloud finde ich am besten, um diese zu synchronisieren. Worauf muss ich bei einer Cloud Lösung achten? Wie sicher ist Cloud? Gibt es eine alternative zur Cloud?

Cloud hat auch seine schwächen aber langfristig kommt keine drum herum. Die Frage ist, ob man sofort einsteigt oder etwas wartet, bis die angebotene Produkte reifer werden. Sicherlich ist vom großen Vorteil, wenn man überzeugt ist, dass die Daten bzw. Server sich in Deutschland befinden und nicht irgendwo auf der Welt.
