Windows 10 automatischer neustart hängt - was tun?

Hallo! Ich brüte gerade über meiner Bachelorarbeit und geh kurz zur Toilette, komm wieder : "Windows startet neu... Blablabla". Beim hochfahren bleibt er jetzt schon 45 Minuten stehen "Windows wird vorbereitet, schalten Sie den computer nicht aus".
Ich habe schon länger Windows 10 und hatte noch nie Probleme. Ich bin gerade ziemlich unentspannt, weil ich nicht weiß was ich tun soll. Abwarten? Manuell neu starten? Besteht die Gefahr des Datenverlusts? Ich habe meine Arbeit zwar gestern noch abgesichert aber es wäre trotzdem sehr sehr ärgerlich..
Ich hoffe jemand kann mir schnell helfen!
