von kostenlosen AGBs würde ich abraten, weil jede Webseite andere Inhalte und andere Dienste anbietet. Mit einem Muster-AGB kann man nicht alles abdecken. Am schlimmsten Fall macht man sich das Leben noch schwerer.

Wenn man aber kein AGB hat, gilt das Gesetz. Das ist dann OK finde ich. Vor allem, wenn man kein Geld für die Erstellung der AGBs hat oder ausgeben möchte.
