Wörter in Text-Dateien automatisch durch neue Begriffe ersetzen

Die Hauptdomain unserer Webseite hat sich geändert. Es taucht in Datenbank mehr Mals(CMS, News, Contacts, Adressen). Manuelle Änderung würde viel Aufwand verursachen. Ich habe folgende Lösung erfunden. Ich habe die ganze DB exportiert(2GB ganze-site.sql). Und dann habe ich mit Linux-SED die alte Domain mit neuen ersetzt. Dann habe ich DB geleert und die neue SQL importiert.

Hier sind zwei Lösungen. Die erste ersetzt alles direkt in Datei. Die zweite wird eine neue Kopie erstellen.
sed -i 's/altes-wort/neuesWord/g' meine-db-text.datei.txt

sed 's/alteText/neueText/g' original.txt > neue-sersetzte-text.txt
