Backups von Filezilla Profil erstellen und an neuem Laptop übertragen

Unter Filezilla Quickconnect gibt es mehr als 20 FTP Servers. Aber sie sind alle auf meinem alten Laptop. Wie kann ich sie sichern und an neuen Laptop übertragen? Ich finde keine Sichern-Wiederherstellen Option unter FileZilla Einstellungen.

Unter der Menü 'Datei' findest du 'import' und 'export' wo du die Einstelllungen importieren und exportieren kannst. Man kann beim Import und Export bestimmte Einstelllungen auswählen.
