Was ist Ressortziel?

Vor kurzem habe ich eine Präsi über Apps bekommen. Da sind unklare Begriffe wie Ressortziel. ich würd mich freuen wenn mich jemand aufklären könnte. MfG

Ein Ressort ist sowas wie eine Abteilung in einem Unternehmen oder Verein. Ressortziele sind Ziele, die sich ein Ressortleiter setzt. Die Ziele sollten das Unternehmen strategisch voran bringen. Beispielsweise wäre ein Ressortziel für ein IT-Ressortleiter Ausbauen der Homepage, bessere Intranetlösungen oder eine höhere Sicherheitsstufe für das Unternehmen.
