Wie stellt man qualitative Fragen?

Klar und deutlich sollte deine Frage sein.

Genug details muss sie enhalten.

Wenn es um einen bestimmten Produkt geht, sollte man es genau nennen(Produktname, Version, Marke).

Wenn es um eine Fehlermeldung geht sollte man genaue Fehlermeldung einfügen. Allein "mein PC funktioniert nicht" ist unzureichend.

Schritte die du schon mal probiert hast könnten weiter helfen.

Priorität? Ist es dringend?

Wie weit bist du bereit für eine alternative Lösung? Wie sieht dein Budget aus?

Wie sind die Rahmen deiner Wünsche? zB Wenn du eine neue externe Festplatte kaufen willst, welche Marken oder welche Eigenschaften sind dir wichtig. zB USB3, 7200 Umdrehungen, Marke Toshiba/WD usw

Klar, wenn man eine Frage stellt, muss man sich richtig ausrucken. Keiner hat eine Glaskugel. Man muss nicht nur das Problem sondern auch Problemumfeld beschreiben, damit man Hilfe bekommt.
