Wieso bezahlt Facebook eine Milliarde für Instagram - eine Firma mit 12 Mitarbeitern und 0 $ Umsatz?

Hi,

kann mir einer von euch sagen, wieso Facebook eine Milliarde für eine Firma, die nur 12 Mitarbeiter(!) und überhaupt keinen Umsatz generiert, bezahlt? Das ist so viel Geld für eine Firma, die gar kein Geld verdient? Kann mir das mal einer erklären?

Hierbei handelt es sich nicht um Umsatz sondern um Potenzial, was Instagram anbietet. Instagram hatte ca. 30 Millionen Nutzer. Ob die Investition tatsächlich Eine Milliarde Wert ist, muss der Käufer wissen, ich persönlich halte ich es für übertrieben.

Anderseits war hatte Kauf von Instagram auch damit zu tun, dass Facebook den Wert von seinen Aktien erhöhen wollte, find ich...
