Mehrere Desktops ein Bildschirm

Guten Morgen zusammen,
Ich hab folgende Frage, bei der das Internet bisher nicht sehr hilfreich war.
Ist es möglich seine Anzeige so zu erweitern, dass man trotz nur eines Bildschirms einen 2. bzw. 3. Desktop einrichtet und auf diese/n umschalten kann?

Daten zum Rechner:
Win7 Professional
3,5Ghz
8GB RAM
Intel HD Grafikkarte (momentan keine näheren infos)

Das Prinzip wird MultiDesktop genannt und es ist in der Theorie möglich, jedoch bräuchtest du dafür zusätzliche Tools.
Windows 7 stellt dies nicht automatisch zur Verfügung.
