Gibt es Truecrypt für Android?

Guten Abend,

gibt es so etwas wie "Truecrypt" für Android? Ich habe viele persönliche Daten auf meinem Tablet und möchte sie verschlüsseln. Am besten wäre es wenn ich sie direkt mit Dropbox kombinieren könnte. irgendwelche Vorschläge?

Für Android gibt es die App Cryptonite, der dir ermöglicht deine Daten verschlüsseln. Die App kann deine Daten mit verschiedenen Verschlüsselungsverfahren verschlüsseln. Blowfish 128 reicht für den Anfang, aber für die Paranoiden unter euch würde ich AES256 raten.

Es gibt weitere Tools wie bspw. BoxCryptor, welche die Dateien einzeln verschlüsselt und somit du keinen Truecrypt Container hochladen. Das ganze läuft EncFS Datei System. Soll relativ sicher sein.

Gibt es eine Anleitung wie man unter Android Truecrypt einrichten kann oder kann einer von euch freundlicherweise beschreiben.

Interesse daran habe ich aber weiß leider nicht, wie ich es hinkrieg

Truecrypt wird ja nicht mehr weiterentwickelt. Nachfolger ist Veracrypt. Allerdings ist mir nicht bekannt, ob es für Android-Apps dafür gibt.
