MyPhoneExplorer erkennt mein Samsung nicht

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine technische Frage zu MyPhoneExplorer. Wie ich im Internet gelesen habe, muss man die Software installieren, USB-Debugging auf dem Gerät aktivieren und dann müsste es klappen. Habe ich auch getan, geht aber nicht. Wenn ich das Gerät anschließe, erkennt die Software nicht dass mein Samsung per USB angeschlossen ist, was nun?

Wenn es nicht klappt, fehlt Treiber auf deinem PC. Am besent geht auf der Seite von Samsung und lade "Kies" herunter auch wenn du die Software nicht nutzen möchtest. Wenn du Kies von Samsung installiert hast, wird auch Treiber eingerichtet. Dann müsste mit MyPhoneExplorer auch klappen.
Also Lösung wäre:

1) Samsung Webseite besuchen
2) Kies herunerladen
3) Kies installieren
4) PC neu starten
5) MyPhoneExplorer starten

es müsste klappen

Ich habe zwar nicht verstanden, warum ich kies installieren musste aber es hat geklappt. Gibt's Treiber für USB nicht separat?

Ich bekomme auch folgende Fehlermeldung:

Verbindung zum Handy konnte nicht aufgebaut werden: Kein USB-Gerät angeschlossen

Ist auf deinem Smartphone USB-Debugging aktiviert? Ohne diese Funktion wird myPhoneExplorer dein Gerät nicht kennen!
Also
- wie oben beschrieben, kies installieren, damit USSB Treiber installiert wird
oder
- USB-Debugging aktivieren.

Ich habe die Fehlermeldung nur bei diesen beiden Fällen bekommen. Viel Erfolg!
