Kopf und Fusszeile in Word ohne Rand

Geht es, dass ich im Textbereich 2,5cm Abstand habe und in Kopft und Fusszeile 0cm? Ich muss Kopf und Fusszeile mit Grafiken versehen aber entweder beide nicht ohne Rand oder sowohl Inhalt als auch Kopf- und Fusszeile haben 2,5cm Abstand? Wie kann ich Kopfzeile anderns definieren?
