Notepad++ FTP Servers sichern und an neuem PC übertragen

Neue PC mit Windows 7 habe ich gekauft und installiert. Meine alte PC ist XP. Da habe ich mehrere gespeicherte FTP Verbindungen. Ich möchte diese in ein Back-up Format exporrieren und danach an meinem neuem PC importieren. Aber ich finde keine export-import Items unter Npp Menus. Wie kann ich meine alte FTP Servers übertragen?

Ein XML Datei habe ich gefunden, wo Verbindungen darauf gespeichert sind:

C:\Users\Rajdi\AppData\Roaming\Notepad++\plugins\config\NppFTP\NppFTP.xml

Aber wenn ich es durch meine Alte XMl Datei ersetze, verliere ich meine neue Verbindungen. Entwerder alte Servers oder neue... Wie kann ich die Alten dazu hinzugüfen?

C:\Users\deineName\AppData\Roaming\Notepad++\plugins\config\FTP_synchronize.ini

durch diese Datei soll möglich sein, die FTP-Zugänge zu sichern bzw. zu wiederherstellen.
