Wie nutzt man Live-CD um Malware und Virus zu entfernen?

Mit Antivirus-Programme kenne ich mich bischen aus aber bisher habe ich noch keine Erfahrung mit Live-CD. Vor allem, hatte ich gelesen, dass es sehr viele davon gibt. Welche ist nun das Beste? Wie erstelle ich und gehe weiter vor, wenn ich meinen Computer scannen möchte. Ich habe nämlich Verdacht, dass Virus oder Trojaner auf meinem PC ist und würde gerne es löschen!
