HelpDesk Datenbank für Lotus Notes gesucht

Hallo zusammen,

für unsere kleine EDV-Abteilung suchen wir eine gute LN-Datenbank bzw. Template. Es darf auch etwas kosten aber nicht so teuer. Damit muss möglich sein, dass Anwender aber auch EDV-Abteilung Tickets erstellt und bearbeitet.

Hier ist eine sehr gute Template für HelpDesk. Du kannst auch aus Mails ein Ticket erzeugen.

Die Datenbank ist sehr gut. Ich habe nicht erwartet, dass so eine gute Datenbank kostenlos angeboten wird. Es sind einfach alle Funktionalitäten da, was ich brauche. Perfekt!
