Drush Update failed (require php >=8.2)

Problem:

 Problem 1
    - drush/drush[13.0.0-beta1, ..., 13.x-dev] require php >=8.2 -> your php version (8.1; overridden via config.platform, actual: 8.3.11) does not satisfy that requirement.
