Leere Popup-Fenster auf dem Desktop beim Start von Windows 10

Ich hoffe ich bin hier richtig, wenn ich eine Frage zu einem PC-Problem stellen will. Seit einigen Tagen erscheinen auf meinem Desktop beim Start von Windows 10 plötzlich sehr viele leere Popup-Fenster (siehe Screenshot) und verschwinden genauso plötzlich wieder. Meistens erscheinen sie nicht einmal unten in der Taskleiste, und wenn doch, dann sind sie so schnell wieder weg, dass ich nicht drauf klicken kann. Habe ich mir einen Virus eingefangen? Kennt jemand diese Popups? Für einen Hinweis wäre ich sehr dankbar!

Exakt das gleiche Problem habe ich auch. Gibt es Hilfe dazu?

Ich habe leider das gleich Problem bei meinem HP-Notebook, ist auch Windows 10. Schade, dass es anscheinend noch keine Lösung/Antwort gibt..
