Praktische Lösung für Rechtschreibprüfung, Grammatik und Zeichensetzung gesucht: für Word / MS-Office und E-Mail

Hallo. Ich schreibe oft Texte mit Word und Mails und mache dabei leider auch häufig Fehler, was mir Nachhinein auffällt. Die Rechtschreibprüfung von MS-Office findet leider nicht alle Grammatikfehlern, Zeichensetzung usw. Wie geht Ihr mit solchen Fehlern um? Gibt es dafür eine praktische Lösung, die man anwenden kann? Ich meine damit nicht irgendwelche Online-Dienste, wo ich alle meine Texte hinein kopieren und überprüfen kann.

Was mit der praktischen Lösung gemeint ist, weiß ich nicht aber mir sind zwei Lösungen bekannt, die eventuell bei der Rechtschreibung helfen:

  • Duden-Mentor: Gibt es als Online-Lösung / auch als Browser-Plugin. Hier kann man sich entscheiden, ob man die kostenlosen Varianten nutzen möchte oder kostenpflichtig Abo abschließen und erweiterte Möglichkeiten unbedingt braucht. Bei der kostenlosen Varianten ist Zeichenanzahl begrenzt. Mehr Info findest du auf der Duden-Seite.
  • Duden-Korrektor: Zweite Lösung ist als MS-Office und Outlook-Plugin vorhanden. Die Software kann man kostenlos 30-Tage testen und dann kaufen. Die Software ist vom Hersteller epc.de. Vollversion ist kostenpflichtig.

In dem Bereich gibt es auch zahlreiche Browser-Plugins als kostenlose Lösung / Freeware aber die sind für mich nicht gut genug.
