Was für eine Bedeutung hat Ranking bei Alexa.com und wie kann die Webseite dafür optimieren?

Meine Webseite hat bei Alexa ziemlich schlechte Position (weltweit über 4 Million). Hat die Ranking bei Alexa eine Bedeutung und ist wichtig für die Suchmaschinen oder kann ich es ignorieren?

Wenn die Ranking eine wichtige Bedeutung hat, wie kann ich meine Webseite für Alexa optimieren / meine Ranking verbessern?
