Die beste deutsche Fragen-Communities

Häufig bekomme ich Fragen von Freunde und Verwandte. Wie mache ich... Wo finde ich... bla bla. Es geht manchmal um Drucker usw Hardware Probleme aber manchmal um ganz andere Sachen wie Immobilienverträge oder Studium in Ausland. Viele können noch nicht Google effektiv verwenden um unnötige Ergebnisse zu filtern. Deswegen möchte ich eine Liste haben, wenn jemand Hilfe braucht ihr/ihm zu schicken.

Es geht um besten qualitativen moderierten deutsche Communities bzw. kostenlose Dienste auf deutsch.
